Collocation is a complex and integral piece of any carrier-class network service provider's offering due to security, redundancy and location issues. Citynet knows that well-planned standards, specifications and back-up systems are essential elements for a carrier customer's success. To address these needs, Citynet offers three varieties of carrier-class collocation services to meet diverse needs. With all three levels, Citynet technicians are available to provide assistance as needed.

Citynet Standard Collocation - provides unescorted access 24/7 to a Citynet provided 7'X23" rack with an individually secured cabinet.

Citynet Customer Collocation - features an individually secured caged area to meet unique customer collocation needs for larger clients. This option enables the client to establish a virtual POP within Citynet's facility and provides additional economies of scale for operational and financial efficiency.

Joint Use Caged Area (JUCA) space is available in all new Citynet POPs and was designed to meet the collocation needs of equipment that cannot fit inside a Citynet provided cabinet, but does not need a large customized collocation space.
