Error: AccountError1 CityVault cannot find the account you are trying to use on its servers. What you can do: Have an administrator for your CityVault account log in and reset your password. Once the password is reset, right-click the CityVault icon in the system tray next to the clock and select "Configure." Enter the new password when prompted. Administrators can view users by logging into the CityVault website and clicking "Search/List Users" in the menu on the left. Back to Error List |
