What you can do:
If you want to add an additional computer to your account, you can do so at cityvault.citynet.net .

If you've recently reinstalled your operating system, or if you're installing CityVault on a computer that will replace an existing computer on your account, please do the following:

1. Make sure you have ALL your needed/wanted files safely on your new computer. You can do this by performing a web restore at http://cityvault.citynet.net, or by other methods if you like.
--This step is absolutely critical. Any file not found on your hard drive before performing step # 3 below will be unrecoverable. Please stop here and contact us if you need help making sure that you have all of your files.
2. Access your online account by logging in at cityvault.citynet.net .
3. Once logged in, click the "My Computers" link on the left side under Account Pages. Find the delete button on the right and delete your computer. *NOTE: you will not have access to your backup files after deleting your computer. Your files will be marked for deletion, HOWEVER, they will stay on our servers long enough for you to perform the final steps:
4. Download the CityVault client at https://cityvault.citynet.net/resource?module=resource-downloads.
5) After installing CityVault, open the Configuration menu. In the File System tab, select the files and folders that you want to back up. Customize your backup settings and close the configuration menu.
6. Start a backup right away. During this backup, CityVault will reassociate the files on your computer with those already backed up on our server. It will take a few minutes, but not nearly as long as it did during your initial backup. Keep in mind that if this step is not done promptly, you may loose your files.
