What you can do:
CityVault cannot back up or restore your files when your computer is in standby or hibernate mode. Please adjust your computer's power options to allow time for CityVault to back up your files before the system goes into standby or hibernation.

For Windows XP:
Right-click on your desktop, then click "Properties." Click the "Screen Saver" tab, then click the "Power Options" button.

For Windows Vista:
Click on the "Windows Pearl", then click "Control Panel". Click the "Power Options" icon.
