Introducing CitySpeed
Citynet has introduced a new high speed, DSL service for businesses in the downtown Charleston, WV market.  CitySpeed is a new service that combines business telephone service with high speed (DSL*) internet connectivity. Two versions of this service are available depending on the number of telephone lines a business requires. Whether a business needs two phone lines or as many as four, CitySpeed will provide the connectivity necessary to increase productivity. With the introduction of CitySpeed, Citynet now provides communication services to any size business.  

CitySpeed provides 20 security and advanced features that businesses need to operate more efficiently. Normal features such as: Caller ID, Call Waiting, Voice Mail, 3 Way Calling, etc. are included as are features other companies charge extra to provide. These features include: Selective Call Rejection, Find Me-Follow Me, Unlimited Speed Dialing, Do Not Disturb, an Auto Attendant and more. CitySpeed also includes Conference Calling, free Domain email accounts, and online immediate access to call detail records.

CityVault: Coming Soon!
Citynet will soon be releasing a new product to ensure that the data on your computers and servers is safe regardless of what may occur. CityVault is a new Citynet service that provides off-site storage with a simple and safe way to back up all the important information on your computers or servers. A copy of your data will be stored in a secure remote location for safekeeping so that in the event of a disaster, your data is quickly retrievable.

Our most valuable assets are our people.  The folks that develop, support, sell, and provision our next generation services.  This month we are featuring our newest addition to our Development Team:

Jeff Pratt - Software Developer.  Jeff joined Citynet upon graduation, Cum Laude from Marshall University.  His prior work experience includes multifaceted website design, ecommerce, application administration, and web-based software testing.  At Citynet, Jeff, will be working on internal software development projects, support and development of internal systems, and software product development.  He will join our pool of extremely talented internal developers.  He will also be on our iTraxx Workflow Version 2 project.  He is based in Bridgeport, WV.

Citynet’s Network Expands
We are growing!  Citynet is expanding into new markets and will soon provide service in many new communities in Ohio along with those markets that we presently serve in the Buckeye State.   

Citynet COO, Frank Boscarillo said of the expansion, “The new markets will come online in the coming months and will include the counties shaded in the graphic.  We look forward to providing our next-generation services to these new areas in Ohio.“
