To Check the DUN Properties in WindowsME, click on Start > Settings > Control Panel




Double Click on Dialup Networking. Right Click on Citynet and choose Properties




Under General Tab, remove the check mark from Use area code and Dialing Properties




Click on the Networking Tab and it will look like the screen-shot




Click on TCP/IP Settings to the right and it will look like the screen-shot




Click OK and OK to get out of that window and back to Dialup Networking. You can then hit the X on the top right-hand corner of that window to get back to your Desktop.
